I ripped out the sophie bag. THE ENTIRE SOPHIE BAG.
I'm starting over with the same yarn, but making a drawstring bag instead. I think the yarn is cursed, or maybe it's me.
I just don't know.. maybe I need a new hobby!

Bummer! What happened? Just remember, we all have our setbacks....did you go to snb tonight?

Oh my what was the problem? I'm so sorry. I've been ripping alot myself lately so you aren't alone. And don't give up knitting over one rip...You are bound to have many in your knitting carreer, but also many hours of enjoyment & beautiful garments.
Hi Georgia!
I think my tension has been off and I've been knitting on an angle when I knit in the round. Janet gave me a tip on making sure my stitches are spaced out on my right needle and not bunched up. I am trying that with my drawstring bag now. We'll see how it goes. :)
Ouch! I feel your pain. I recently did that with the shawl I was making. Twice. But I agree with Georgia -- don't give up knitting! You'll be happy you persevered. :)
sorry to hear you have to rip the entire sophie back out, i thought it was only the bind-off/icords portion?
good luck with the drawstring bag, you know you still want to knit! :-)
You're not cursed! Just keep on trying!
